
Recently I heard this from AI FM(one of the popular radio station in Malaysia). In Japan there is a guy every morning only eat 3 Bananas. for lunch and dinner can eat whatever he like, but this must be done before 8:00pm. after 3 months he really lose his weight.
As mentioned Banana can speed up a person Metabolism. That why it can help to lose weight.
If you wish to lose weight, may b can have a try. Of course not like show in the Pic hey...
